A class for anyone to explore the mind, body, and emotional connection. I will guide you into meditation. We then explore Self Acupressure with tapping and various body movements that strengthen the neuroplasticity in our brains and the Meridians (the bioenergetic pathways that our energy travels through) from Chinese medicine. We then move into Asanas (yoga poses) that we hold for 3-5 min applying further acupressure. It’s common with these practices for thoughts, emotions and physical discomfort to resurface, as we find stillness in our practice we will be releasing old thought patterns, habits, and emotional baggage that no longer serve us.
